EXTRAORDINARY LEADERSHIP. EXTRAORDINARY LIFE.
"Life isn't about finding yourself, life is about creating yourself."
By women, for women. A chance to reground, recharge, and renew with other women in leadership.
For over a decade CEOs and leadership teams of Fortune 500 companies have been using the tools taught in this curriculum to radically re-inspire and enhance their work and their workplace culture. For the first time ever, it is being made accessible outside the corporate elite. To you.
Passion. Joy. Connection. Fire in the Belly. Purpose.
Remember how those feel? As women in leadership these things are vitally important. They are also the easiest to let fade away as we hold space for all those around us. We have moments of vibrant aliveness, perhaps fleeting, that we savor and then feel wistful as they recede into the demands of our day to day lives.
The Fearless: A Guide to Living retreat is designed by women, for women. Created by women in demanding leadership positions for women in leadership of all forms. Learn how mastering your “inner game” can be a game changer in all aspects of your life. Our curriculum is tried and true and comes out of years of leadership consulting rooted in the thinking of the likes of Larry Wilson, Amy Edmondson, Brene Brown, Daniel Goleman and Bob Anderson -- all woven together with our unique, engaging, and well-honed methodology. You will build skills around emotional intelligence, change readiness, resilience, confidence, voice, and the art of being guided by your deepest values and true purpose. It’s the stuff that makes leaders that people remember for a lifetime.
One of our favorite ways to teach this curriculum is to bring it to life by including some of our favorite improv veterans (it turns out it is a perfect marriage!) - so we are rounding out our team with beloved colleagues with whom we have taught many a joyful session, and who have performed on star studded stages like Upright Citizens Brigade and The Second City. Shazam!
This is not just a feel good retreat (although we promise that you will definitely feel good!) - it is a pragmatic game changer, taught by women with decades of experience in the leadership development and executive coaching field, living their talk in a real way. Designed to replenish and re-inspire you and also to give you the tools to keep that fire alive when you return home.
This retreat will likely sell out! Get first dibs on a spot and take advantage of early-bird pricing by registering before December 31, 2019.
Your hosts have been offering this unique alchemy of curriculum to rave reviews to leaders at all levels in the corporate and non-profit communities for over a decade (a version of this was the highest rated and longest running high-potential leadership development program at Kraft Foods for almost a decade), and are offering it in an open space for the very first time. This spring, this extraordinary team is opening their process to women leaders everywhere, no corporate sponsorship required!
WHAT: Emotional Intelligence. Learn the art of rising above it all, the science of mood contagion, and why it is so important to be able to choose growth over fear-- in work, and in life. We will spend our first day together getting grounded in the concept of EQ, and why it is such an important component to extraordinary leadership. We will then take a look at where some of our deepest fears arise from, how they at one time kept us safe, but how, left unexamined, they can quietly keep us living our lives very small. And we will learn tools for challenging the voice in our heads that gets in the way of living all the way to the edge of what we are capable of. These will be powerful leadership tools, but also powerful life tools. They are the core of all of the work that we do. You’ll be grounded in EQ and learn our core tools for increasing yours right away.
WHO: Linda Pedelty is a leadership development professional with over 20 years of experience working with high potential leaders at all levels, with a passion and focus on emotional intelligence and a gift for creating a relaxed, informal and light-hearted learning space. She also knows her stuff. A student of Daniel Goleman’s, Linda worked closely with Larry Wilson and his clients for several years, and has been running top rated, highly sought after leadership development programs with her colleagues at Culture Logic for 15 years.
WHAT: Resilience. An over-used buzz word these days, it is so much more than the ability to “bounce back.” Resilience is the fuel of life. In our time together we will explore resilience with each of us ultimately staking claim to our own and crafting a real plan to nurture our own resilience. We’ll learn about the biology of resilience and realize those areas we have choice and those biological responses that rule when the body has had “too much.” We will learn about tending to self and our relationship with ourselves as the backbone of deepening our resilience, a key to thriving in this age of overwhelm and walk away with our own resilience plan for going forward.
WHO: Cyndi Harris is a leadership development professional with over 30 years of experience in the for-profit and non-profit arenas, and has brought her expertise for supporting leaders in developing resilience individually and in their organization to all aspects of her work. A student of Brene Brown, Cyndi is routinely referred to as one of the most insightful and compassionate consultants and executive coaches people have ever worked with.
WHAT: Remembering your core life Values, and your core life Purpose. It's like coming home. Our special guest, Nicole Polarek, COO of Nature’s Way, executive coach and all around amazing human will lead us through an exercise to excavate our most core values, and talk to us about how staying grounded in her Values has served her as a female executive in a male-dominated industry.

TIME OFF! We’ll wrap at 3:00 on Day 2 so that you can do whatever you most want to do to RECHARGE. Take a drive to Ghost Ranch, go for a hike, hit the spa, or reflect on our conversations so far. The afternoon and evening are yours!
